If I don't start getting replies from people that they have received the questionnaire and are willing to participate, I am cancelling it for this year. I have to hear from you guys to ensure that it's a go. If I don't get replies by Sunday, it will be cancelled.

I didn't receive a questionnaire! My first year doing this and I thought I replied to the email sent to me but maybe I still needed to something else???
